Once shipped, an email will be sent with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Each piece is handmade, hence a longer preparation time is needed. Our store will first issue a pre-delivery SF Express tracking number, which means the package is in the final packaging stage. If the SF Express tracking number temporarily shows no progress, please do not worry.

After packaging is complete, the package will be officially dispatched within these two days. We recommend trying to track the package again 24-48 hours after receiving this email, at which point the system will update the latest logistics status.

All products in our store are meticulously crafted using 3D printing and manual techniques, resulting in very limited production. There is currently no fixed restock schedule once an item is sold out.
