Shipments will commence two weeks after the order date.

Buyers must ensure that the email address provided is correct and able to receive emails from our store for communication purposes. If we are unable to contact you due to an incorrect email address, the order will be processed as a return.

Order delivery time

Once shipped, an email will be sent with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Each piece is handmade, hence a longer preparation time is needed. Orders will be shipped within 10 business days. Shipping Information: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout to guarantee successful delivery of your package.

Received SF Express tracking number, but can't find the latest update?

Our store will first issue a pre-delivery SF Express tracking number, which means the package is in the final packaging stage. If the SF Express tracking number temporarily shows no progress, please do not worry.

After packaging is complete, the package will be officially dispatched within these two days. We recommend trying to track the package again 24-48 hours after receiving this email, at which point the system will update the latest logistics status.

Will the item be restocked when it's sold out?

All products in our store are meticulously crafted using 3D printing and manual techniques, resulting in very limited production. There is currently no fixed restock schedule once an item is sold out.

However, if there is a particular item you truly desire, please feel free to contact me at any time, and I will do my best to prioritize your order.

What should I do if I receive a defective product or the wrong item?

Don't worry, we'll take care of it! Please contact us by following these steps:

Since all products are handmade and 3D printed, there will inevitably be some handmade traces, but I will carefully inspect them before shipping.
If, unfortunately, damage occurs during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 3 days of receiving the package. When contacting us, please also provide:

1. Your order number
2. Product photos

After confirming the situation, I will arrange for a reshipment or further processing for you as soon as possible.
